There are no words to describe this hotel; it’s more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. The family who runs it is simply fantastic, always available to offer advice and suggestions. Giusy and Osvaldo are incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always smiling, and their son Giuseppe is an amazing pianist who provides wonderful musical moments. My family and I, along with the grandparents, spent a wonderful seven days. We were warmly welcomed, pampered, and guided by Giusy and Osvaldo, who were always kind and smiling, as well as Giuseppe (his piano performance was much appreciated) and Marco. The only problem we had at the end of the holiday was a few extra pounds, thanks to the delicious dishes from Chef Emilio 🤭 (the barley risotto with apples was unforgettable!!!). We can’t wait to return to Fai della Paganella and be your guests again!
We have just finished our stay at this wonderful family-run hotel. With a small child, we immediately felt at home thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located in Fai, and you can easily walk to the town center after dinner, as well as reach Andalo, Molveno, and other places in just 5 minutes. The rooms are standard, but in my opinion, what really makes the difference is the management. It’s a family-run business, and everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. You truly feel at home and never like an outsider. I highly recommend it
