Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check that it is working correctly, and they are deleted immediately after processing.
The data may be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.
Refusal to provide data
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data. Providing the Data is in some cases necessary, as refusal to provide it may prevent the conclusion or correct performance of the contract to which the Data Subject is a party and/or prevent compliance with the legal obligations to which the Controller is subject.
Providing Data for processing that requires consent is optional; failure to provide it will not prevent the use of the products/services offered by the Controller. Even where consent has been given, the data subject will still have the right to object subsequently, in whole or in part, to the processing of their personal Data for the purposes set out above, simply by sending a request to the Controller at the contact details indicated above.
Source of the data
The Data will be provided by the data subject or collected from third parties.

- kept in a form which permits identification of the Data Subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
- Processing will be carried out using manual and/or IT and telematic tools, with organisation and processing logic strictly related to those purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures provided for by the applicable provisions.
Communication of data
Personal data may be communicated to persons authorised to carry out the processing and to the external processors appointed by the controller (the full list of external processors is available from the Controller) responsible for managing the purposes set out above. Subject to your consent, the Data may also be communicated to third-party sponsor companies and/or commercial partners of the controller, who may use them for the purposes set out in point 3) of the “Purposes of the Processing” section above. In pursuing the purposes indicated above, the data may be communicated to other parties acting as independent controllers.
Dissemination of data

Should they be transferred to third countries in the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the requirements of the applicable legislation on the transfer of Personal Data to third countries will in any case be observed, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses provided by the European Commission.
Data retention
In general, Personal Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected and Processed, including the retention period required by applicable legislation, and in any case for a maximum of 10 years from the end of the relationship with the Controller and for a maximum of 2 years for purposes requiring your consent, without prejudice to the Controller’s possible need to defend a right in court.
